DELIVERY

We use multiple delivery services to ship around Europe. Usually we ship packages the same or next business day. Transit time depends on your location. Inside Europe it is usually between 2 and 5 business days. All orders placed during working hours before 1 p.m. will be shipped the same day in case of payment cash on delivery or via PayPal. Orders placed during the weekend and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

 

RETURNS

The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. The deadline begins one day after the date of receipt of items. He must notify his withdrawal from the contract in writing to the e-mail address [email protected]. The consumer is not required to state the reason for withdrawal from the contract. The cost borne by the customer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is only the cost of returning the goods. Address for returning the goods is: Pelechova cesta 15, 1235 Radomlje, Slovenia. A copy of the invoice or other relevant document must also be attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept redemption shipments. The customer must return the returned goods to the company no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item.

The goods must be undamaged and in the same quantity, with the original packaging. The seller will return the purchase price to the customer no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal or upon receipt of the returned product (the purchase price will be refunded with the same means of payment and therefore you do not bear any costs).
