One of the best book I've found that explains in simple terms problem solving and emotional regulation. Very useful with adult patients. Highly recommend.

Great book to work with kids. Lots of great exercises

This is Kalin's first school notebook, and he really likes it. He may still be small, but from now on he loves letters, writing and painting everywhere with everything. This book is a great helper for my child because it helps him develop his fine motor skills, be creative and make it easier for him to write in the future even before he goes to school. As soon as I saw it, I ordered it, and it's one of the BEST purchases for my child. I recommend it to everyone!

I am a child psychologist, and I just received this book. The author knows their stuff. I would say that the book is a variety of the "essentials" for helping kids learn about thoughts, feelings, and behavior. It also has some really creative hands-on exercises.
