General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditions of online store https://kiddo-world.com are written in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Electronic Communications Act.
The General Terms and Conditions specify the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user and store and regulate the business relationship between the online store Kiddo World managed by the Alma Trade d.o.o., Klanec 17b, 1218 Komenda, Registration number: 8102279000; VAT ID: SI20992882, and the customer.
The customer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order).
In the event of a change in the General Terms and Conditions the seller is obliged to inform all customers in a timely manner.

The company undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:
- company identity (company name and registered office, register number)
- contact information that allows the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, address)
- essential characteristics of goods or services
- product availability (any product or service offered on the site should be available within a reasonable time)
- terms of delivery of the product or execution of the service (method, place, and time of delivery)
- all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set, and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and delivery costs)
- method of payment and delivery
- the time validity of the offer
- the period during which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, if and how much it costs the customer to return the product,
- an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all details of the contact person or customer service.
Security of personal data
The customer agrees that Alma Trade d.o.o. collects, uses, and processes his personal data. Alma Trade d.o.o. undertakes to handle the customer’s personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act and will use and process them exclusively for the purpose of improving and introducing new services.

Due to the nature of online business, the offers, and prices in the online store https://kiddo-world.com are updated and changed frequently and quickly.
Ordering
No registration is required for a successful purchase.
In Alma Trade d.o.o. you can order goods easily and quickly in the following way. Click the “Add to cart” button for the product you want to order, and you can also choose any quantity. A window will open which product you have added to the cart. Clicking “continue to checkout” or clicking the “cart” icon will open a summary of the order, which shows what you want to order, quantity and amount. By clicking on the “continue” button, a page will open where you need to fill in the blank fields with your data step by step and choose the method of payment. By clicking on the “Continue” button summary of your entire order will open. If certain information is incorrect or you want to change the order, return to the next step, and change the order if necessary. If the order summary is correct, confirm the order in the last step by clicking on the “Complete and submit order” button.
After choosing the goods and before placing the order in the basket / at the checkout, the buyer can review the entire content of the order, including quantity and price, and correct any errors or quantities ordered.
In case of ambiguity, verification of data or ensuring correct delivery, we can call you at the telephone number you entered when placing the order.
The user receives an e-mail message about the purchased products. The purchase contract between the seller and the customer is concluded when the customer receives information about the order confirmation by e-mail. From this moment on, all prices with data and other conditions are fixed and apply to both contracting parties. Orders received online can be canceled at no extra cost until you receive notification that your order has been shipped. Notice of cancellation of the order is possible by e-mail [email protected]. In the subject of the e-mail, state “Cancel order” and in the message state the name and surname and the order number. If he does not cancel it, the user is considered to agree to the purchase.
We will prepare the goods within the agreed time and send them to your address. You will also be informed about this; we will send you an e-mail with a notification of when the goods were shipped. After receiving the purchase price, we will complete your order.
Withdrawal of the customer from the order without a special reason is considered in accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection Act.
Saving an order or contract
The company will store the contract in electronic form at the headquarters of Alma Trade d.o.o., Klanec 17b, 1218 Komenda. The contract will also be sent to the customer’s e-mail address after the completion of the order. The customer can obtain a copy of the contract with a request by e-mail to [email protected].
Possibility and conditions of after-sales services and voluntary guarantees
The company does not offer after-sales services and voluntary warranties.
Methods of payment
You can choose one of the following payment methods when ordering:
- Cash on delivery by cash or credit card.
- Payment by credit cards
Payment is possible with payment cards. For orders paid with a card, we will charge you the amount on the day we complete your order.
- Payment with Paypal
After placing your order with payment, a summary of your order will appear. Under the payment method, click on the “Pay Now” button and make the payment via Paypal.
The company reserves the right to verify the chosen payment method with authentication. We also reserve the right to further verify the payment method by asking you to provide us with a confirmation of payment.
You are aware that you are obliged to pay the costs of the order in full (including any costs related to the transaction itself), according to the chosen method of payment. You guarantee that you have the ability and right to perform credit card transactions or with any payment method you choose.
Product prices and payment
All product prices are in euros and include VAT. Postage is free for all purchases over EUR 30.00. The customer pays for the goods at the prices valid on the day the order was placed. Published prices are valid for purchases in the online store.
When paying by cash on delivery, you will be charged a commission for each order, regardless of the purchase price.
Prices and offers of articles are time limited. Company Alma Trade d.o.o., reserves the right to extend the offers, change the price or withdraw the offer at any time.
Liability for actual errors
As a provider, we undertake to deliver the goods in accordance with the contract and are liable for material errors of their fulfillment in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. As a consumer, the buyer can exercise his rights arising from a material defect if you notify us of the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered, but no later than two years after the goods were delivered.
In accordance with Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act, an error is material in the case of:
- if the product does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or marketing,
- if the product does not have the characteristics necessary for the specific use for which the buyer buys it, but which was known to the seller or should have been known to him,
- if the product does not have the characteristics and features that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed,
- if the seller has handed over a thing that does not match the pattern or model unless the pattern or model was shown for notice only.
You can claim a material error with a detailed description of the error, enabled product inspection and notification to the e-mail address [email protected]. We are not responsible for material defects in products that appear after two years from delivery. After proper notification and enabled product inspection, we will either: rectify the defect on the product, refund part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect, replace the defective product with a new faultless product, refund the full amount paid. If the existence of a defect in the product is not disputed, we will satisfy you as soon as possible, but no later than within eight days. In the event of a dispute regarding the existence of an error, we will respond to you in writing within eight days at the latest.

Any complaint and reclamation will be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. Complaints and complaints about products or services can be sent to the e-mail address [email protected]

In accordance with the third paragraph of Article 32 of the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 81/15), Alma Trade d.o.o. informs that it does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes. initiated in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act. These General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 06.04.2022.
